A MEMORABLE ST>PATRICK FOOD TRIPPING AT ROWAN CAFE ENNIS WITH FRIENDS.

 

 Unfogetable food tripping with friends at rowan cafe resto,it was a great bonding with kids and friends who really close to my heart...Rowan cafe is an etalian resto served pasta and salads,i just couldn't remember all what we order but most them are pizza.and pasta and ofcoarse the unforgetable desserts like bailey's cheese cake,mint ice cream,and a toblerone cheese cake that is totally woww?The most enjoying part is the laugh,and a happiness that we all sharedon that day.

This picture is on the way to rowan resto,with toni rose,liam,me,kyle,kye,and tita arsi we look actually tired and hungry thats why we couldn't wait to sit down and have some food,well it seems that every one is happy with a big sweet smile on our face.

The girls azria,dede,and fiona its bonding time and they really look happy and enjoying every single time of that day.

Picture taking,after rowan with friends,isn't great looking every ones happy,even we all tired.

MALAYSIAN'S AND FILIPINO FOOD,THAT YOU CAN MAKE IN YOU OWN HOME.

 Malaysian satay is one of the famous food in malaysia,every restaurant,food stall,street food are very common of making this satay.To make a perfect satay you need a best ingredients that you can find,its a little bit of hard work if you want the taste like perfectly malaysian.In malaysia satay served with slice cucumber,shallots,and kitupat its a sticky rice,and ofcoarse is not complete without the satay sauce that is made from peanut and spices....I was on holiday last december back home to the phillipines,ived notice that most of the hotel,resto or food court are serving few of malaysian dishes,the taste was ok,but its different really to a real malaysian.But im glad that filipino's are trying to adopt the food from other country and they really enjoy it too.

 

 This is prawn coconut curry with eggplant and lemon grass is another malaysian dishes ived learn way back when im living in malaysia.For me the different of malaysian and filipino cooking are spices they were using,malaysian dishes are mostly spicy most specially those malay people,chinese malaysian are more on aromatic flavoring and they loved to cooked stir fry dishes,aromatic steamed duck,noodles and etc.indian malaysian dishes is spicy too,and they like to add some color to there dishes,but most of them are vegetarian and lots of spices as well added to there food.Malaysian' food are one the most popular dishes all over the world.

These are some filipino dessert like choco.muffin,cake,and chiffon cake that is very common to buy in the bake shop,it is nice to make something thats is really come from your country,i may not do it as delicious as they do but the most important thing is im trying,some of the food i post like chicken adobo with brocolli,and stirfry chicken with some vegetables are just common filipino'[s food.

Another malaysian dishes CHICKEN RENDANG,PRAWN CURRY,AND CHIKEN SAMBAL,its spicy food but is just really up to you if you want it hot or mild,i normally do it mild so that my kids can also enjoy what im cooking,the spicyness of the food is not really when you put chili on it,it comes from the ground spicies that you add into the dishes...Here in europe people are not so fun of spicy food unless for those who really been in asia,talking about the restaurant here we have european,chinese,indian,and ofcoarse a mixed of asian cusine...But its never be the same to the place that you grew up with different food and culture.

Lumpia,or spring rolls you can make it with meat or without meat its up to you if you want a vegetarian or with some meat filling on it,a famous food from the philippines that every home loved to do it,its easy and fun and they loved to served it in any party's as well....party's are not complete without spring rolls.

Mixed of simple pinoy snack foods that every one can make at there own home,most specially for those mummy out there,who want easy and simple food for your kids.

QUICK AND EASY SNACKS

 

This is the dipping sauce for duplings or siomai,chili,coriander,light soy sauce,a squeeze of lime or lemon,and a drop of sesame oil for aruma try it and you will like it.

A chicken macaroni soup,pinoy favorate snacks for family gathering is nice to served it hot accompanied with some bread like pandesal its yummy

Steamed chicken and prawn siomai,chinese dim sum....best with tea while sharing laugh with friends.

HOME MADE SWEET DESSERT'S

Here are some of my sweet dessert,and they called it panghimagas in tagalog language,most of this desserts are originated,and famous in the philippines like this leche plan or caramel custard as what they called it in english,normally caramel custard is served on its own.But i created my leche plan with some strawberry toppings on it as may people find really sweet.

This is also made by custard,the different is i made a small pastry case that i can put some filling on it and bake it into the oven for about 45mins....I call this a pastry puff custard or a custard tart the filling is very similar to the leche plan the only thing is the liquid caramelized sugar that you can find it in the leche plan...You can buy this tart all over the phillippines most specially in the bakery that makes bread fresh everyday.

A very sweet fun chocolate bisquit ganache,that kids loved it very much,i start making this for my son he loves chocolate so one day i was thinking to make something that he will like to eat during tea time or break time as we normally called it,i grab some plain flour,sugar,250grm chocolate bar and you need to melted it to mixed with all the ingredients,and after that i just take my molder and scoop it in there and bake for 30mins in the oven....to make the ganache you need to melted the chocolate with a little bit of butter,and when the bisquit is done just deep it in the chocolate and here you go your chocolate bisquit ganache.

Chocolate chip cookie made from butter and flour,a lot of mummy's out there are love to do this home made cookie easy and simple all you need to do is mixed the flour and the butter,and sugar mixed all together.,,then springkle some chopped chocolate,then you  ready to put it into the oven,is just up to you what kind of shaped you want...remember this cookies are easy and past to do.

Kye's 5th bday,a very quiet celebration with just a four of us,it was a hectic schedule that we couldnt do some party,but then i just make a simple cake for him just to let him know how much we remember his special day.Well at last he blow the candles and its officially his 5yrs.old.
