Candy land cake (Liam mcdonnell) first birthday.

This candy land cake is for a special and dearest friend of mine,few months before her son liam 1st birthday im actually kind of excited to created something speciall and different for this very special little boy,at first i really want it to be secret till im running out of idea so i did asked my friend toni rose liam mum...if what is her idea of her son birthday cake and then she gave me an idea that she wanted it like a candy land cake,after that i open my computer to look for more ideas and style....This was a kind of design that will challenge your talent and mind,on how you created the fun that will match the idea,the most difficult part of building this candy land cake was the fondant,it takes times,effort and patient because i honestly say's that i did a couple of mistake to re do it again and again,but i believe if you want to succeed you have to learn from your mistake.For decoration time is actually fun,when you have everything done like the cake,fondant,icing and the rest of the candies,then its easy to start organizing it from the start to finished,as you can see there is a tiny train around the cake,it was also fun creating that tiny pieces,most specially how to form it like a train,it wasnt a perfect cutting and form like really train,but it look like im nearly there.The most important i guess is that they do appreciated all my effort that ive'd done to make that special occassions be a memorable as ever.Its all a lavor of love to a mother,and a friend that who always there for me,whenever i need her,i would like as well to thank her for being such a good friend now forever,for those of you would like to try baking please dont be afraid of trying,like me i am not a proffesional baker as what you see in the tv,im only a person who love to do something that makes my family and friend will loved,i will say keep on trying and believing....Thanks for your time reading my blogg.
